What to Expect

We’re excited you’ve chosen to check out Awaken YTH! We meet Wednesday nights starting at 7 PM at the Texas Baptist Children’s Home Activity Center (1101 N. Mays St., Round Rock). We can’t wait to meet you.

You Are Seen

Each student that comes to Awaken YTH will be “seen” and welcomed. We are so excited you took the chance to come with us. Our goal is to reach every student in our area with the gospel of Jesus Christ, and it starts with a simple, “Hey, what’s your name? We’re so excited you are here.” God has made each of us unique and we can’t wait to get to know you.

You Are Heard

We strive for each student to be connected into a smaller, grade level, focused group each YTH night. We want each student to be “heard”. Part of our ministry vision is for our students to get deep & reel. That starts by building a community of students & leaders pursuing Christ in all areas of their lives. Our students are broken up in smaller groups by grade level and gender. This allows our students to have a safe space to talk about real things in life through a God based and scripture filled lens.

You Are Loved

Above all, our lives have been radically changed by the love of God. We strive that all students that come through our ministry experience this life-changing love. Our volunteers and staff continually are trained in the safest practices. We value each student so much that safety is always on the top of our priority list. We strive to love our students well while following all best practices.
